1. General information
The Degree Final Project (DFP) is a compulsory subject. It is a transversal subject, oriented to the evaluation of the set of knowledge and skills associated with the degree in Nursing. It has a load of 6 ECTS within the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and complies with article 12.7 of R.D. 861/2010, which amends R.D. 1393/2007, which establishes the organization of official university education.
The Degree Final Project subject favours the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and, specifically, Goal 3: To ensure healthy living and promote wellness for all at all ages.
More detailed information about the subject as a whole is available in the Final Project Manual https://fcs.unizar.es/sites/fcs/files/archivos/Web%20Manual%20Enfermer%C3%ADa.pdf
2. Learning results
In order to demonstrate the acquisition of the learning result and pass the subject, the student must develop an original work in which the different knowledge associated with the degree in Nursing is integrated.
In this sense, studies related to care planning, nursing intervention programs , projects to improve the quality of care or literature reviews on topics of special relevance in the area of nursing may be developed. Likewise, it will be possible to develop studies from a historical, comparative, critical- rational, quantitative or qualitative perspective, always related to the field of nursing. In any case, the typology of the work and its subject matter will always be agreed upon by faculty and students and will be approved by the Degree Final Project Coordination.
More detailed information about the subject is available in the Final Project Manual

5. Assessment system
Evaluation of the DFP by the director
The director's grade will account for 40% of the final grade.
The evaluation will be carried out on the DFP report through the established rubric and the grade will be communicated to the DFP Coordination using the document indicated after the authorization of the defence of the project.
Evaluation of the DFP by the board of examiners
This grade will account for 60% of the final grade.
The members of the board must issue an individual grade according to a standardized model, assessing both the report of the work and the student's presentation and defence of it
Once the defence has been completed in a public session, the board in a private session will collegially grade the DFP and will draw up the minutes of the evaluation, which will be sent to the DFP Coordination.
The grading of the work will be done with the same grading system as the rest of the subjects of the official degrees following the guidelines set by Royal Decree 1125/2003, of September 5 (BOE of September 18), which establishes the European credit system, and which explicitly states that: they must always provide a numerical grade, between 0 and 10, and in any case rounded (or truncated) to a maximum of one decimal place. In the case of a failing grade, the examining board must issue a report detailing the deficiencies,, both methodological and content-related, that justify the grade, indicating the modifications that must be made to the work, and a new defence of the work will be held at the indicated time.
The DFP Coordination will be in charge of calculating and publishing the final grade. In case of disagreement with it, the student may complain to the Coordination of the subject, which will request a report to the director and members of the board as appropriate and resolve the claim. The student will make the claim request by filling out the corresponding form with the content sufficiently argued and supported to be able to submit it for review.
